He is a Founder and Managing Partner who has a wealth of experience in leadership, operations, management, sales, relationship building, and marketing skills from over 2 decades working in the information security corporate world, in addition to 10 years of entrepreneurial and cyber start-up experience.  He has been successful in building businesses from the ground up on an international level, including raising investment.  After previously exiting 3 startups once helping them to prosper, he now focuses most of his time in the Tech space and currently sits on the board as an advisor to startups within Cyber, EdTech, Software Development, and Social Tech. Tinesh is a mental health advocate and keen supporter of mindfulness and self-care. He is a part-time lecturer at Brunel University in west London, where he lectures on “start-up survival & growth”.

Simon is a highly personable, values-based, and effective leader and troubleshooter, with over 25 years’ experience in cross domain strategy, planning, operations, security and delivery. Comfortable with risk, he has a rare ability to navigate complex problems, and deliver imaginative and pragmatic requirements-based solutions within regulatory frameworks. During his career as a senior Army Officer, he led and worked in organisations in a wide spectrum of functional areas on operations across the world or in roles within the UK, such as multi-agency and multi-national, parliamentary engagement, strategic engagement and communications, cyber resilience and incident response, physical security, and business continuity. After leaving the Army, he was able to further build on his skillset within both the Private and Charity sectors, thriving in risk management and implementing change, but also leading in all areas of corporate governance and compliance most notably in ESG, data privacy and IT security. He has been the Director of Operations for two independent school foundations, developing and implementing strategies, ensuring cyber protection cross-cut each of the ESG pillars. Simon has instinctive emotional intelligence and a highly trusted and respected track record, often in the most demanding and complex circumstances, and can quickly adapt to new sectors .

In recent years, Rad has had the privilege of collaborating with governmental agencies, training institutes, and large corporations in the Middle East and Europe. His role has been to bridge the gap between technical education and industry needs, facilitating the growth of the region’s workforce.

Notably, he had the pleasure of working with General Assembly, where he played a pivotal role in establishing an academy in Bahrain. Through strategic planning and relationship-building, we are successfully in the final stages of training over 1200 local individuals in crucial technical skills, aligning their capabilities with the demands of the ever-evolving job market.

With a focus on Cloud Security and Data Privacy, Ritesh has consistently implemented robust measures to safeguard sensitive information in dynamic cloud environments. Recently, he has ventured into securing AI workloads, demonstrating a keen understanding of the intersection between AI/ML and Information Security control needs.
